Very nice owner. Nice clean rooms with a classic old time feel with all the normal things like tv and WiFi... My dad came up from AZ and said when he comes back he will not stay anywhere else... Rates were fair...

Spent 30 days at Rainier Budget inn and Victor made it feel more like a vacation .On the 4th of July had cook out for all the folks that couldn't be with family& all had a wonderful time.The rooms are kept clean &and are very comfortable. Parking is a little tight, but was no problem. Place was nice and quiet &Victor kept the riffraff out. Just about everything you need is walking distance from motel and the scenery from the third floor of the river is great! This will definitely be the place I stay when back in the area!!! If you need to be in this area you cannot go wrong staying at this place. Victor, the owner and operator is amazing and accommodating. I've stayed at this place over the years; please understand this is a motel not a hotel and it is not a chain. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The price is also right. There are a few bars gas stations and grocery outlets extremely close to the property.
Traveling up the coast from Idaho, was the best hotel we've stayed in, esp considering it didn't cost us a ton. Thank you for your wonderful hotel.
Not only is the price affordable and in "budget" but also comes with front row seating to fight night. The carpets has a dark red stain, maybe kool-aide? Several broken windows allow for great ventilation. The walls are paper thin making it a great family setting for checking in on the youngsters.10 out of 10 would highly recommend.
This was a great place to stay! It was almost too easy to make the last minute reservation! The relaxed, accomodating, and super helpful owner, Victor, made our stay an absolute pleasure! The room was a wonderful surprise! For the less-than-expected price, we had a full kitchen, a comfy, clean living area, and a separate room for the bed and bath! We were also happy about the great cell service! We were towing a large boat, and Victor was so nice about helping us figure out the best place to park, and even got us an extension cord so we could plug in our freezer! We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area!
